Documentation
We require the following set of documents to facilitate a redevelopment programme:
- Development Plan (D.P) remarks
- A copy of Conveyance deed
- A copy of Building Completion Plan approved by BMC
- List of all members of the co-operative society
- A copy of builder agreement for size of flat
- A wish list in terms of corpus fund and additional space
- List of members willing for outright sale with expected sale prices.
