The founding directors of V S Tech and Associates have previously held design engineering and project management roles in prominent consulting engineering firms in Mumbai, and have extensive experience working with multinationals dealing in construction materials, restoration of infrastructure projects, technology-driven services in concrete mix design, etc. Other team members at V S Tech and Associates possess sound expertise and experience in general contracting, inspection, due diligence, operation and maintenance services.

expertise, utilizing the newest and most cutting-edge methods available in the field.
MR. ARYAN SHAH (B.E.CIVIL)
Designation: Senior Engineer
Managing Projects and having good knowledge in the field of new construction and repairing &
rehabilitation of the building. He has 6 years of working experience in the fields.
MR. SURESH TAMBE (D.C.M)
Designation: Senior Project Manager
He has 25 years of experience in building repairs and rehabilitation. Suresh has good practical
knowledge in various repair methods. At a time handles 6-7 Projects
MR. ROHAN POLEKAR (D.C.M)
Designation: Senior Project Manager
He has 12 years of experience in building repairs and is familiar with various repairs methods and quality
control. At a time handles 5-6 Projects

He has 4 years of experience in New Construction Field, where his roles are to check quality of the work,
safety measures at the sites and quantity analysis.
